I would like to give you information about Kefalonia holidays. It has to be one of the best places that I have been on holiday and a lot of people from the UK go there. They are increasingly popular but haven’t yet reached the numbers that Crete gets.

Many offer self catering and this means you can take advantage of the pricing at the suppermarkets in the area. There are more exclusive places to stay in Kefalonia but these are quite a bit more expensive.

The currency used in Kefalonia is the euro and you will be able to change most major currencies at the local banks. The Euro’s strength in the recent years has meant that the prices are a little more than they were previously for tourists.
